Make a Mass Card Donation

All offerings made to the Mass Card Office remain at Holy Family Monastery and Retreat Center here in West Hartford. These offerings support the Passionist retreat ministry which welcomes men, women, youth and those in recovery who wish to deepen their relationship with God in an atmosphere of respect and hospitality.

This donation form is for those who have used a card or folder from their supply and would like to enter their enrollment information or pay for a Mass card they have on hand.
